Calling All Theology Stewards
Let’s combat bad ideas with good theology.
What We Do
-
Identify the Problem
Has there ever been a time in the history of the Christian faith where more nonsense is done in the name of God than today? False teachings, outright heresies, greed, corruption, perversions, and everything else under the sun is presented as Christian. It’s time to fight back.
-
What Can We Do?
Although there’s no way this side of Judgment Day to stop people from misrepresenting God and doing evil in His name, we can at least support the ministries that honor Christ and God’s Word. So every time you come across bad theology, head to theologystewards.com and make donation.
-
Make a Donation
Let’s support Bible-believing, God-fearing, humble servants of the Lord who remain faithful, “especially those who labor at preaching the word and teaching” (1 Timothy 5:17). Ninety-five percent of your donation goes directly to our Ministry Partners. (The other 5% is for administrative costs.)
-
Is This Real?
Absolutely! Just like climate activists purchase “carbon credits” to offset their carbon footprint, you can purchase a “theology credit” to offset nonsense! The ministries we support each month share our Ten Values for Ministry Partners.
Ten Values for Ministry Partners
-
We believe and teach the historic, orthodox doctrines of the Christian faith. We are Bible-believing, evangelical pastors who serve autonomous churches.
-
Since Scripture is breathed out by God (2 Timothy 3:16), we believe it is our authority and guide. We do not ignore general revelation, confessions, creeds, or the historical and cultural context of Scripture, nor do we believe the Bible is simply a textbook for academics. We seek to have the same view of God’s Word as Jesus: that the Scriptures are verbally inspired (Matt. 19:4-5), plenarily inspired (Luke 24:25-27), infallible (John 5:39-47), authoritative (John 10:35), inerrant (Matt. 5:18), and sufficient (Mark 12:24).
-
We believe what the Bible clearly teaches: that God made humans male and female; that marriage is a lifelong covenant of companionship between one man and one woman; and that sexual activity should be restricted to marriage. Sexual sins, like all other sins, are subject to church discipline. Criminal sexual abuse is also subject to civil punishment.
-
We believe that all humans are made in the image of God. Life is sacred from the point of fertilization to natural death. We believe the laws of our nation, states, and localities should apply the same standards for deliberately ending the life of pre-born, disabled, and elderly persons as they do for deliberately ending any other person’s life. We also believe that God is able and willing to forgive and heal all those who have participated in the destruction of life as they repent of their sin and have faith in Christ.
