Terms of Use
David Rhoades Ministries — davidrhoades.org
Last updated: August 18, 2026
This site is the teaching ministry of David Rhoades, pastor of Broadview Baptist Church in Lubbock, Texas. These terms describe what you can expect from it and what I ask of you in return. They are deliberately plain.
What this site is
A place to watch, listen to, and read sermons and Bible teaching, and to subscribe to Letters to Fellow Pastors. Everything here is offered freely. Nothing on this site is for sale, and no account is required to use it.
Using the content
You are welcome to watch, listen, share links, and quote from this material. If you find something useful for your own church or study, use it.
I ask two things. Don't republish whole sermons or letters as your own work, and don't alter the content in a way that changes what I said and then attribute it to me. Attribution and a link are always appreciated, and always sufficient.
The sermon recordings, letters, and written material on this site remain my own work. Reproducing them commercially, or repackaging them for sale, requires my permission — which I am glad to discuss.
Email subscriptions
If you subscribe to Letters to Fellow Pastors, you will receive letters by email. Every one has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Your address is handled as described in the Privacy Policy — it is never sold, rented, or shared.
Videos hosted elsewhere
Sermon videos on this site are hosted by YouTube and Vimeo and played through their embedded players. When you watch one, you are also using their services under their terms:
YouTube Terms of Service — https://www.youtube.com/t/terms
Vimeo Terms of Service — https://vimeo.com/terms
Sermon Factory
I publish my recordings using a private tool of my own, which uses YouTube API Services to upload my own sermons to my own YouTube channel. It is not offered to anyone else — it has no public interface, no user accounts, and no other users. It is mentioned here only for transparency. Its handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty, and no counsel by website
This site is offered as it is. I make no promise that it will always be available or free of error.
Sermons and teaching here are exactly that — preaching and Bible teaching offered to whoever wants it. They are not pastoral counsel for your particular situation, and they are not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. If you are carrying something heavy, talk to your own pastor, or to a qualified professional, or write to me and I will help where I can.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
